We just returned from Spain and wanted to thank you for everything, Pinnacle staff handled for us. From the Luxury Hotels, especially the Westin Palace in Madrid and the magnificent Alfonso XIII Hotel in Seville, to all the custom trips in Spain and Morroco, specifically designed for us.

Thank you also for arranging the hard to get entertainment tickets, the Driver & Guide to Alhambra, the Train to Granada and the Boat to Tangiers. Everything was perfect and your people were there, whenever we needed them, before and during our trip.

This was even better than the Italy & Switzerland trip you designed for us last year. Before I forget, thanks also for arranging the last minute booking for us at the Taj Hotel in India, next month. Not only did you get us a great Rate, but also to have us upgraded to a Full Suite, with Breakfast included, was awesome.

I guess you now have a "Client for Life". Sorry we will not be able to join you for the Latin American Tour in March. But I am sure we will ask you arrange a private trip for us there soon. Maybe even the French Chateau Tour. It sounds like a fantastic trip. You truly provide the Ultimate Luxury experience, by pampering us with your special treatment and delivering what you promise.
